I am posting this since the Gladhair contact email is not working. I received my order #5233 this morning. I ordered four items and they are all beautiful. However, I am having difficulty with one, the French Shaped Tortoise Shell Hinge Beak Clip car4222-14a. I have tried repeatedly but, regrettably, it will not hold my hair. Each time it starts sliding. I have long, thick hair (not abnormally thick) and have not any problems with any hair claws or clips thus far. I would welcome any suggestions you may have on the proper use for this clip. If no, then I would like to return it. I look forward to your reply.
