sam Superior product and superior customer service
I needed to replace a similar hair clip, and couldn't find it anywhere but Gladhair.com, where, unfortunately, it was sold out. I contacted customer service and they had more made! Lots of communication along the way. My new clips arrived today. Exactly what I wanted! Perfect hold for thick wavy or curly hair. Keeps hair up and back without being too tight. Such an easy quick yet sophisticated style.
