You can put Flexi Headband in two ways:
1. Like a comb the comb side goes in first and then just slide it into your hair
one size fits all it'll go all the way around your head.
2. Another way: put it on like a necklace, spikes up then pull it up onto your hair like a normal headband just put the spikes through your hair.
One size fits all.

Exactly what I was looking for to hold all the annoying little fly away pieces of hair back on my head especially when washing my face. These combs used to be plentiful in stores some years back but now seem to be non-existent in California stores it appears. I was so happy to find online a place to purchase what I'd known to be a great hair holder back in place.
